1. Merchandise Refunds
a. Eligibility: We offer refunds on merchandise purchases if the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The merchandise is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- The merchandise does not fall under any non-refundable or final sale categories (e.g., perishable goods, intimate apparel, personalized items).
b. Return Process:

- Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the merchandise.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Event Ticket Refunds
a. Eligibility: We offer refunds on event ticket purchases if the following conditions are met:
- The event has been canceled, postponed, or significantly rescheduled by the event organizer.
- The ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event.
b. Refund Process:
- In case of a canceled or significantly rescheduled event, we will notify ticket holders via email regarding the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
- If an event is postponed and rescheduled, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will be provided only if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event.
- To request a refund for a rescheduled event, the ticket holder must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the rescheduled event’s start time. Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the rescheduled event may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of event cancellation or significant rescheduling.
3. General Refund Terms
a. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, typically within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise or confirming eligibility for an event ticket refund. However, please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
b. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable or final sale, including but not limited to digital downloads, gift cards, and perishable goods. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the Website.
c. Changes to Events: WiRED is not responsible for any changes, modifications, or cancellations made by event organizers. Any refund requests due to changes in event details should be directed to the event organizer or venue.
